1. Introduction

Welcome to Youness Zaouda's mobile applications ("Apps"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Apps. By accessing or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Apps.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "App" refers to any mobile application developed and published by Youness Zaouda
• "Service" refers to the functionality and features provided by the App
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the App
• "Content" refers to any text, images, or other material that can be viewed on the App

3. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violate or infringe other people's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Use the App to transmit any data that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful or destructive programs
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices

5. In-App Purchases

Our Apps may offer various types of in-app purchases:

• One-time Purchases: Single payments for permanent features or content
• Subscriptions: Recurring payments for continued access to premium features or content

By making an in-app purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and charges associated with your purchase
• Comply with the payment terms of the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store)

Refund Policy

All payments and refunds are processed through the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not process refunds directly. If you wish to request a refund:

• For Apple App Store purchases: Visit Apple's Refund Policy
• For Google Play Store purchases: Visit Google Play's Refund Policy

6. Third-Party Services

Our Apps use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements. Your use of the App is subject to Google's advertising policies.
• Firebase: For crash reporting and analytics. Your use of the App is subject to Google's Firebase terms of service.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
